Who we are

Monatry helps people manage their money by helping them understand it. During Alpha you can register interest on this website and use the Alpha app at alpha.monatry.app.

What we collect

• Registration: name and email when you join the Alpha Programme.
• Account: email and sign-in details you use to create or access your Monatry account (email/password, Apple, or Google).
• Forecast data you enter: account balances, Fixed Income, Commitments, Spending entries, categories, and related planning settings. This is your workspace data.
• Optional Alpha profile answers: skippable questions that help us understand who Monatry is helping. Answers are used in aggregate and do not change your forecast.
• Feedback: messages you send in-app or on this website, plus technical context such as app version and platform. Please do not include passwords, balances, or account numbers in feedback.
• Support access (only if you grant it): temporary, time-limited access so Monatry Support can investigate an issue you reported.

How we use information

• To provide the Alpha app and keep your workspace available to you.
• To send Alpha programme emails such as welcome and access guidance.
• To review feedback and improve Monatry.
• To secure the service and investigate problems you report.

We do not sell your personal or financial data. We do not use your forecast balances for marketing.

Where data is stored

Monatry uses cloud services to store accounts and workspace data securely. Cloud backups you create, and automatic safety snapshots before restore, are part of protecting your workspace.

Account protection

Wider Alpha readiness includes practical protections such as secure password rules, inactivity timeout, optional PIN protection, and optional biometric protection where supported. Wording here will be aligned further as implementation is confirmed. We do not make unverified “bank-grade” or certification claims.

Your choices

• You can skip the Alpha profile questions.
• You can export data from Data Management (Excel) for your own records.
• You can revoke Support Access at any time if you granted it.
• You can ask about account deletion from Settings → Password & Security, or email [email protected].

Alpha expectations

Monatry is Alpha software. Features and wording may change. Treat forecasts as a planning aid, not your sole financial record, and keep your own bank records for important decisions.
